Reset Password

To reset the user’s password. Select the username at the top of the page and then select Settings.

Create an Account

There are 3 ways to create a new account. A user can use a Facebook or Google account auto generate an account. You can also create an account by creating a username, email and password.

Create Team

Enter the team name a description and add a logo. If you do not have a logo a default logo will be assigned. As the administrator you can always go add a logo lager. Accept the terms and conditions and click “Submit”

 

The next time you go to the “My Teams” section you will see the team(s) you have created. Select the team you want to prep with to enter the team war room.

Set up your team

To setup your team go to the Team Members and search for the team members you want to add by their username. When you find the team member you want to add highlight them and select “Add Member”.

 

Once you have added a user you can adjust their privileges. All members can share the whiteboard at the same time. Administrators have full access and can update the team logo and name. Leaders can save and open plays. Member can only draw on the whiteboard.

 

 

 

 

Web Conference

When a user enters the war room they are automatically places into a web conference as long as the mic is enabled. If they do not have a mic then you have the ability to chat by clicking on the “Chat with Users” button.

From there you can see the other users that are in the conference and you can mute your mic by selecting yourself. The Leaders can mute other user’s mics.

Create Play

Once you have added a user you can adjust their privileges. All members can share the whiteboard at the same time. Administrators have full access and can update the team logo and name. Leaders can save and open plays. Member can only draw on the whiteboard.

 

 

Save Plays

Only team members that are “Leaders” or “Administrators” can access plays. To save a play enter the name of a play and select “Save Play”. Saved plays can be grouped into playbooks. The default playbook is “Draft”. To create a new Playbook select “Playbooks” the top menu. The saved plays are listed by playbook below the whiteboard. Leaders and Admins can click on the play to open it. If you are a participant and the play does not open on your whiteboard right away, you may have to refresh the page for it to render.

 

Update Profile

If the user chooses to create the account without using Google or Facebook to auto generate you can enter your profile information. Profile includes the coaches position/title, level, offensive/defensive, region/state.

If you create your account with Google or Facebook, once logged in you can select your name at the top of the screen and the select profile -> edit and you will have the option to enter your profile information.
